It had been some time I learnt to bake cream puffs. I tried till today the 7th times, FINALLY I MAKE IT!!!! Hooray!! Ddcat and I love cream puff but we rarely buy. : ) Few days ago, when I had lunch with collegue at a bakery cafe, I found out this small cream puff sold 60sen now a day. Back home, I tried the 6th times, yesterday.....FAIL.... This morning, I tried to surf other recipe from the internet. BINGO!! Here's the recipe to share: 1. beat 3 eggs with mixer till fluffy 2. 1 cup water + half cup butter(melt after measure) ---->bring to boil...got bubbles one... 3. Then quickly pour no. 2. into 1 cup high protein flour and stir with spatula... 4. After that, pour into the other 3 eggs that are ready beaten at the very beginning. 5. Switch on the mixer and mix all well for a minute. 6. Pipe small portion on the baking tray. For nice looking like these, I recommend u to use cupcake tray. They are cute!! 7. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes. It is important to put ur tray in the middle partition of the oven. 8. Lastly, prepare the corn filling as below: a. 1 tbsp corn flour b. 2 tbsp water c. 2 tbsp milk d. 1 tbsp sugar e. 1/3 tin corn in cream
9. Mix all in no. 8 and cook till it becomes creamy. Use small flame. 10. Set the corn filling to cold and pump in the puffs!! Enjoy ~~

Look! My recent product of celebrating Chinese New Year, PINEAPPLE TART~! I love pineapple tart so does ddcat, now even Darius also said YUMMY~! It took a long time to roll the dough with the pam as the batter is very crumbly. Finally, I made them into ball. U get what I mean?? Well, after a busy afternoon, with 450g flour, I only managed to bake a small tin. No wonder it is so expensive to buy. Today I saw a bakery shop sold at RM 12 for only 20-25 pineapple tarts. Preparation took 3 hours but eating will take 3 minutes~! Together attach my recent home made bread: **Potato Bread and Sausage Cheese Bread. **

I had been posting a few times before this. So unfortunate, everytime before I press the button "post", something happend. When I walk away, a naughty hand will press the keyboard and everything gone. Sometimes, when I attach pix, the server or something jam and I couldn't finish posting. Dunno today can be successful one or not. U all know I got maternity + school holiday... ehhe.... so I spent most of the days in baking besides doing housework and taking care baby. I attach a few photos of my recent product. Hehe..... Darius enjoy to eat mummy's bread. Ddcat can't wear the trousers he used to wear in All Terror last time~! He said he wanted to cut off dinner. I bet he couldn't!

Sorry, everyone. After this, I think I have no time to bake anything lar.... My son is seriously sick. These few days really exhausted of taking care of him. Yesterday evening time, I asked ddcat to send him to in-law house coz I really need a nap after woke up for several times in the midnight. Started to regret having kid.... : ( Here, i send u the recipe. Perhaps u can try at home and baked it for ur dear sweetheart too~ : ) Ingredients: Marjerin 200 g Castor sugar 250 g Flour 300 g an egg yolk (only) 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 200g peanut butter Instruction: 1. Mix marjerin and sugar with machine until it is fluffy. 2. Put in the egg yolk and vanilla essence. 3. After mixing well, put in flour and peanut butter. 4. Mix everything well and then roll it into a small ball. If you have cookies mould, perhaps you may use it. It's all depend on you. Hope you enjoy baking for CNY~! P/s: The cookies are really soft and nice to eat. Like M&M chocolate, melt in the mouth not in the hand. :p blek~

These few days got the mood for CNY. Last Sunday, I baked some peanut butter cookies. Hehe.... for the first time after marriage, my technique is worse than last time. Housewife work made me stop from doing all the baking all the while. Never mind, treat it as a training. Then, today I made some strawberry raisin bread for dinner. Of coz bread only not enough... I also cook some corns.... :p sweeet.... I am satisfied with the baking today. The bread is soft and ddcat praised me for my good work too~ :D Perhaps for next week, I will bake some fruit cake...
